NOMINATION PROCESS
The following terms and conditions must be complied with in order to proceed with the International Star Kids Awards Nomination process:
- All applicants must meet the age eligibility criteria to participate in the International Star Kids Awards (ISKA). The age criteria for ISKA require applicants to be 18 years old or below at the time of submitting their nominations.
- Each participant is allowed to submit only one category in a single application. If participants wish to participate in multiple categories, they must submit separate applications for each category.
- Applicants can only submit their entries through the official ISKA website, located at “https://internationalstarkidsawards.com/”. Submissions made through any other means will not be considered.
- The entries submitted by participants will be evaluated by a jury appointed by ISKA. The details of the jury members are confidential and will not be disclosed.

- Participants who opt for the Achievers pack, which may involve a nominal fee, should note that the fee is non-refundable.
- Winners of the ISKA awards who choose the Achiever pack will have it conveniently delivered to their doorstep within India. For participants residing outside India, shipping charges may apply. If the location is not serviceable for physical delivery, participants are responsible for making their own arrangements to receive the awards from a serviceable location.
- By submitting their entries, participants grant ISKA permission to use their name, photograph, videos and any other information provided for promotional purposes related to ISKA.
- ISKA reserves the right to disqualify any entry that violates its rules or terms and conditions. Such violations may result in the immediate disqualification of the participant and forfeiture of any awards or recognition.
INDEMNITY
